Live Up to Success: How this Co-Living Company in Singapore Tripled their Monthly Conversions in just 2 Months
Background:
Based out of Singapore, gnômadic is a co-living operator that curates luxuriously furnished homes offering community-centric experiences with a strong focus on working professionals and expat community. Since launching in January 2020, gnômadic had a strong start to the year; however, after redesigning their website at the beginning of September they lost a lot of traffic and ranking due to poor SEO migration.
After a thorough SEO audit prior to starting the project, it was discovered that through the redesign there were some indexing issues with the old page (as URLs changed etc.), so new and old versions of all pages got indexed. In addition to the website’s poor architecture, the structure had some issues regarding user experience provided, e.g. no HTML sitemap, no internal linking, external links in the top navigation, page speed issues. TADA was engaged to enhance traffic through Organic, add additional keyword rankings and increase overall website conversions.
Approach:
It was vital to fix the architecture of the new website, by assuring the correct indexing through the new set up of Google Search Console, we stopped wrong pages from being indexed through removals on Google Search Console. We also implemented a keyword strategy for main and product pages, efficient keyword mapping and optimized all main on-page elements: Headers, metadata, anchors and ALTs. To improve conversions, we improved user experience and crawlability by working on the website’s internal linking, page speed enhancement, optimization of top navigation and more.
Results:
In less than 2 months TADA Managed to:
- Improved new users through Organic by 103% (from 80 to 163)
- Increased conversions per month from 26 to 66 by 153%
- Several new Keyword rankings for high volume keywords
